Sunroof recall. No answer no call back

My sunroof glass came unglued from the frame and shattered sending glass everywhere. I contacted my local glass company they ordered a sunroof but it was not the right one. I discovered the model sunroof I have is a model 700 webasto sunroof found out it is under recall. I have tried contacting the recall phone number numerous times leaving my contact info with no answer or reply. It goes to voicemail. With no other contact info what can I do

User's recommendation: Don't expect any service after purchase of a sunroof from this company. They certainly are not following thru with there safety recall

I called my local Webasto installer, in 92648, and they said the Hollandia 500 is no longer being made. Then I went on your website, and my computer said your page is suspect, and warned me away from it. To me this adds up to a company in serious trouble, and I just want to find out what the true story is. I want a Hollandia 500 for my 2017 Jeep Cherokee, but now it looks like it has been discontinued. Were structural weakness problems created by cutting such a large sunroof into an after-market modification? I am a Registered Patent Attorney, and when I see a sunroof as revolutionary as the Hollandia, all I can think of are serious teething problems, that may have led to a collapse/restructuring of the entire company. Especially after reading you recently spent $50 million dollars on a new production facility.......thank you, BC USN (Retired)

My company is in the process of trucking crude oil with heavy paraffin (Wax) which makes pumping of the oil very difficult when it cools. I have used Wabasto diesel heaters in the past for circulating engine coolent systemil and heating it to keep trucks warm. I was wondering if Wabasto has an application that can be used to extend the heating system to keep warm crude in a tank truck tank from cooling while travelling for up to 10 hrs , tank holds 30m3 of crude oil.

Previous contacts went unanswered-problem waiting for return of 32T A/C parts valued @l over 2k and found to be not required due to faulty non testing of system by Webasto customer service Rep advised us he was to approve return. REASONS WE SUBMITTED FOLLOW: We paid approx. 700.00 in testing of new system and testing of previously installed blower units. In one single blower unit WEBASTO tech. found electric box surface to be warm DID NOT UNCOVER UNIT ADVISED IT WAS A "FIRE HAZARDF" HE DID GO NO FURTHER THAN PLACING HIS HAND ON THE BOX SURFACE-DID HE TEST EL INSIDE! HE FOUND THE TOPSIDE 3 BLOWER UNIT POST DELIVERY AND PAYMENTOF HE INSSTED REQUIRED REPLACENT A FRIEND GRAD ELEC. ENGINEER TESTED FOUND BLOWER FAN WAS STUCK APPLIED WD 40 PENETRATING OIL, SPUN THEE UNIT_ SHOTLY AFER E HAD 68 DEGREE AIR IN THE SALON! SIMILARLY , IN ONE RESPECT HE LOOKED AT A COMBINED 3 BLOWER IN THE UPPER COCKPIT ADVISED AT LEAST ALL SHOULD BE REPALCED DUE TO ELECTRONISIS AGAIN,POST ORDER THE D AS "ELECTRONISIS COVERING THE UNITST FOILS" HERE AGAIN OUR E.E.. FRIEND RESTED THE UNIT FOUND NO 220V - ALSO BY SIMPLY VACUMING THE ENTIRE HOUSING THE ELECTRONISIS WAS FOUND TO BE SIMPLY FLAKED OFF RUBBER FROM THE BLOWER INSULA TION. NOTEABLY HE FOUND CUT AND TAPED ELECTRIC SUPPLY WIRE tucked away (220V) and cut! BY SIMPLY RESTORING THE FEED WE HAD A/C! HAD WEBASTO TECH PROPERLY TESTED ALL THE UNITS PURCHASED/ DELIVERED WE OBVIOUSLY WOULD NOT HAVE REQUIRED THE REPLACEMENT PARTS IN EXCESS OF 2K AND NEVER OPENED! IT SHOULD ALSO BE NOTED THAT WE PURCHASED YOUR EQUIPMENT AT AN AUTHORIZSD DEALER FURTHER- WE SUFFFERED ABOARD OUR YACHT FROM JULY THRU THE TIME- ABOUT 5 MONTHJS AGO WO/ AIR IN THE AREAS STATED ABOVE ONE PART W AS BACK ORDER ABOUT 4 MONTHS NONE OF YOUR EQUIPMENT HAS EVER BEEN OPENED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BEFORE TAKIING LEGAL ACTION I AM PROVIDING ONE MORE CHANCE TO HAVE THIS ISSUE MADE RIGHT -
